A serie Flesh aborda o tema do ciclo de vida e morte, através da simbologia que se revela na superfície.
Série composta de pinturas à óleo em vermelho encarnado, sobre papel de arroz fino e transparente, apresentam a simbologia da carne sobre a pele - do avesso. O óleo confere transparência ao papel e traz à tona a característica do plasma do sangue que se espalha.
A tinta pesada sobre o papel transparente é como um pedaço que compõe o corpo feito de carne e pele. Como se pudéssemos abrir nossos corpos e expor o outro lado. É como a desintegração do corpo, revelando a carne viva para sua morte.
The series Flesh is about the cycle of life and death, through the symbolism that is revealed on the surface.
A series composed of oil paintings in incarnated red , on thin and transparent rice paper, presenting the symbolism of the flesh over the skin - inside out. The oil imparts transparency to the paper and brings out the characteristic of spread blood plasma.
The heavy paint on the transparent paper is like a piece that makes up the body made of flesh and skin. As if we could open our bodies and expose the other side. It is like the disintegration of the body, revealing the living flesh to its death.
